Shipping 

Purchased goods are sent by post (priority parcel) or spedition service. Shipping outside Poland only with prepayment by paypal account. Shipments over 15 kg and an over standard size (length over 150 cm) are sent only via spedition service (UPS)

Shipping costs are added to the value of  purchased goods.

They are given in summary form in the shop depending on weight.

Duration of the shipping. 

Goods are shipped immediately upon confirmation of payment to our account (paypal)  Duration of the shipping within EU, takes about a week.

Complaints and returns. 

Each item before sending is checked and carefully packed. The shipment shall be accompanied by a bill. If you suspect shipping damage (obvious damage to packaging), you can write a protocol in the presence of the courier. It will be delivered to the store DaoShop, who will contact the buyer by phone or email. 

Cases of faults and defects in the purchased products should be reported within 10 days from the date of purchase
